Woodward Machine Co. lamps are considered rare in the lamp world and are desirable due to their beefy and over engineered cast iron joints with the flexibility to configure many ways. The lamp is primarily steel with cast iron joints and an aluminum shade. This particular light is not in working order and is missing a switch and lamp. It is just a rolling stand only.
