This four acorn shaped holophane telescoping medical light has the original date stamp of September 1927. It is an all American made in Detroit unaltered Pelton & Crane Operating light Model W and is fully functioning and rewired. The company was founded in 1901 by Dr. R. M. Pelton in his Detroit basement. The company still operates today.
