White marble mantel with cherubic carvings in the middle of the header and top plinths. The mantel has a yellow marble trim with gray, white and brown veining. This mantel was one of a group of antique mantels imported from Europe and installed in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the 1930’s when the hotel was first built on Park Avenue. This mantel is original to Room 41M.
