Vintage marble fireplace surround with varying shades of brown and gray marble with white veining. The serpentine apron is decorated with a seashell motif in the French style complimented by angled corbels on solid plinth blocks. This fireplace is unused and has never been installed. It was acquired by Olde Good Things in unopened crates labeled from Italy and stated by the seller to have been produced in the 1970’s. The surface of the marble is highly polished but has some blemishes. The hearthstone has been repaired and is in excellent condition.
