Hailing from the turn of the 20th century, this statuary marble mantel, originating from its original location on 6th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, captures a bygone era. Its surface is adorned with beautifully carved embellishments, including intricate seashells, angled corbels, elegantly twisted rope molding, and distinctive raised panels.

A commanding presence, this mantel exudes substance, marked by separate plinth block bases and a generously sized, weighty shelf. While the over mantel mirror can be included upon request, it’s not part of this particular listing. Notably, the offering encompasses the iron surround, complete with a mirrored summer cover and flat surround marble.

This mantel is offered in its current condition, as it is. There are some damages on the right side that contribute to its historical character. Should you require more visuals, additional photos can be provided upon request. Furthermore, the unassembled components can be viewed at our midtown Manhattan store, offering a closer look at its intricate details.
