Louis XVI French Regency dark gray marble mantel with a black shelf. This mantel was one of a group of antique mantels imported from Europe and installed in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the 1930s when the hotel was first built on Park Avenue. This mantel was original to Room 1165. The price is for the mantel only. The mirror is sold separately. It is in good condition, with a repaired crack in the corner and a repaired chip in the leg.
