This is a Nu-Vu Equipment OP-2R FM. The top part is the oven and the bottom half is the proofer which goes to 105 degrees. The oven fits 6 pans and the proofer fits 9 pans. 208 volt circuit. Reads 120/208 V, 3 Phase, 10/5 Wire, 60 Hz. Built in January 1996. Reclaimed from Subway.
