We send a pretty nifty newsletter (if we do say so ourselves) about once a week.  We may send other general announcements (if there's anything significant to say) not more than once a week. A typical weekly newsletter consists of valued articles, customer showcases, salvage jobs, newly uploaded treasures & the weekly conversation piece.
