When the producers for GEICO needed to find an interesting antique store to film their latest 30-second commercial, they decided Olde Good Things was the place to go. In early fall 2016, they contacted us and made their request. We thought it was a fun idea, and the next thing we knew they brought in their huge crew and took over the whole place for an entire day. For a 30-second commercial, it was quite a to-do. Here’s a mother and daughter inspecting our antique door knobs. You can see the same wares today at our 10,000-square-foot location where this was filmed, but sadly not the cuckoo clock that they brought in with remote controls and voice-over actors. Nice job GEICO and thanks for the fun moment at Olde Good Things.
