This gray and white antique arched marble mantel is from a Long Island City townhouse built in 1881. The design is simple, with continuous arched panels running from the bottom of the serpentine shelf to the floor, without any plinth blocks. The shield-shaped keystone is flat, and the serpentine shelf is framed with a rounded edge. This piece is complete with the original iron summer cover and will be cleaned and restored to condition ready for installation. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
