Salvaged wall mounted gold wooden framed print of The Duke of Windsor-Waldorf Towers Resident. Circa 1940-1950. He is also known as Edward VIII. Edward was the eldest son of King George V and Queen Mary. Edward became king after his father’s death in early 1936, but shortly after was his abdication, due to his engagement to Wallis Simpson. Therefore he became the Duke of Windsor.
