Nautical Aluminum 12 in. Ship Sconce

This is an all original antique knotty pine paneled room from one of New York City’s prestigious upper east side buildings. It is all solid carved wood. The details are magnificently carved. Modern day carpenters try to reproduce this look, but there is no comparison. The height of the paneling from floor to ceiling including the base and crown molding is 116.25 inches. This consists of 12.25 in. high carved crown molding, 67.25 in. solid raised knotty pine panel, 37 inches from top of chair to floor which includes 7.75 in. baseboard molding. The north wall is 17 ft. 9 in. long and includes one solid knotty pine entry door with carved door surround. The east wall is 12 ft. 6 in. long and includes shelves and shutters. The south wall is 19 ft. 6 in. W and has two window openings with carved surrounds. The west wall is 14.25 ft. long and includes a green marble mantel with a highly carved mantel surround.
