This is a vintage air pressure meter made in Cincinnati, OH in 1910. The body is bronze with great winged details, with a steel meter attached to top. Max Wocher & Sons were manufacturers and importers of surgical instruments and orthopedic appliances. It is unknown exactly what instrument this was used for, but it is quite unique in its design.
