Large Cast Iron Brooklyn Brownstone Newel Posts

SOLDCast iron newel posts with floral detail. Made in the 1880s. These were used widespread in front of brownstones in Brooklyn New York around the turn of the century. One post has the zig-zag in the mid-section and the other post does not. The posts are structurally sound, but do not include the finials. Reproduction ball finials can be used without taking away from the original look. Priced as a pair as is.

Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up for most orders is available in our New York City store and Scranton, PA, warehouse. A fee may apply for larger or heavier items. Processing time may take 1 to 2 weeks. We also have a location in Los Angeles that we ship a large freight container to several times a year with store pick-up available. There is an additional handling charge for this option.
