These tall ornate cast iron newel posts are from the late 1800s. They were originally the posts for an iron staircase, but can be used as fence posts as well. They all have a nice ornate top with no finial. (A reproduction finial can be attached.) The ornate portion of the post from the top to the base is 40 in. H on all posts. There are varying lengths of structural iron below that ranging from 12 in. to 24 in. This can be trimmed off to make the lower portion of the post straight. Priced each.
