Beaux Arts Cast Iron Frame Windows or Doors with Two Side Lights

Cast iron frame with Beaux Arts detail and industrial glass. This is classic turn of the century New York City architecture from the Eastern District Savings Bank of Brooklyn. This stately building was designed by Helmle, Huberty and Hudswell, who were responsible for many turn of the century city structures inspired by the 'City Beautiful' movement. These were large windows in the original location, but can be framed out and used as doors. One set includes one tall window with transom, lower details and two side lights. The dimensions of the three light window only, without the frame, is 85.75 in. H x 36 in. W. The transom at the top and lower detailed base (both with X's), which are both removable by bolts, are each 14 in. H x 37 in. W. The overall dimension together is 112.75 in. H x 37 in. W. The side lights (including the top and bottom X's) are 112.75 in. H x 25.5 in. W. The top and bottom portions are also detachable by bolt.
