Gray lead frame stained glass window salvaged from the famous JFK American Airlines terminal.
Condition: There are two cracks. Minor bowing. Please refer to the pictures for a full view of the condition.
Olde Good Things preserved the iconic stained glass window panels from JFK Airports Terminal 8, known as The Cathedral. The terminal was demolished in 2008, but the discussion over preserving the original stained glass led to its dismantling. The panels now reside with various museums and a limited quantity here online. The 317-foot by 23-foot translucent mosaic panel facade was designed by Robert Sowers, who is considered by some to be the most iconic stained glass artist of the Modern Age.

Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up for most orders is available in our New York City store and Scranton, PA, warehouse. A fee may apply for larger or heavier items. Processing time may take 1 to 2 weeks. We also have a location in Los Angeles that we ship a large freight container to several times a year with store pick-up available. There is an additional handling charge for this option.
