1940s Hand Held Navy Lantern

Hand held navy lantern with original bulb. It operates on giant batteries known as 'telephone' batteries. These are 1.5 volt batteries that are the size of a coke can and were widely used in the 1940's. You can make internal adjustments to operate this lantern on D cells or some other 1.5 volt batteries, or if you are not walking around on a Navy ship, you can convert it into regular AC with a cord for the wall. Sold as is.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up for most orders is available in our New York City store and Scranton, PA, warehouse. A fee may apply for larger or heavier items. Processing time may take 1 to 2 weeks. Local pickup is available in our Los Angeles store for items located there.
