English Regency style white statuary marble mantel with gray veining and green leaf detail on the header and legs. The top plinths have carved bull’s eye detail. This mantel was one of a group of antique mantels imported from Europe and installed in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the 1930’s when the hotel was first built on Park Avenue. This mantel is original to Room 800A.
