19th Century Petite Regency statuary and Sienna marble mantel. This mantel was one of a group of antique mantels imported from Europe and installed in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the 1930’s when the hotel was first built on Park Avenue. It is original to suite A on the 16th floor of the hotel. The original center and corner motifs, most likely urns are missing on this mantel. Priced accordingly. This mantel is original to suite A on the 16th floor. 16A Sienna marble. onyx shelf. The shelf is chipped. There is a break in the side of the left leg.
