We had two matching cast iron stair cases with a balcony railing from the late 19th century. Now only one is available. This staircase graced the entryway to Greystone Park Hospital for over a century. It remains well preserved with only 3 or 4 broken balcony spindles and crackling paint to show its age. Each stair case was meticulously removed piece by piece with proper labeling, photos and diagrams for reassembly. Left staircase (with railing on right side available only. There are six spindles broken from the balcony railings. There are replacements, but not of the same thickness.
