Antique Aesthetic Cast Iron Transom Window Operator

$185

Antique Aesthetic style transom window operator made of cast iron with a black finish. Transom windows are located above doors or other windows, often used for ventilation. This hardware allows the transom window to be opened and closed. The hardware consists of a long, slender rod with a handle at one end and a mechanism for attachment to the window and frame. It is designed to be mounted alongside the door or window frame, allowing for easy operation without the need for a pole or ladder. The original mounting screws are not available. Good condition with surface rust and wear from age. Priced each.
