Solid walnut panels from the negotiating room of the prominent Williamsburg Savings Bank in Brooklyn, New York. The Neoclassical building was erected in 1928. The room has one longer side with full paneling divided by four ornate fluted pilasters. The opposite wall has three large windows. The smaller wall has a highly carved mantel with beautiful black and gold Portoro marble inset. The inset matches the 6 in. high baseboard which goes around the perimeter of the room. The opposite smaller wall has three walnut doors with crown molding. The square footage of paneling itself after subtracting all of the named features is just over 1200 square feet.
