Antique European Louis XVI Neoclassical Trumeau Wall Mirror

Antique French trumeau mirror in a Louis XVI Neoclassical style. The upper panel depicts two putti or cherubs, surrounded by ribbon and garland motifs, with an architectural crown dentil molding. The mirror itself has a giltwood frame with beaded trim detailing. Mirror glass is broken off in the lower right corner and shows some age dots. The piece has cracking and separation through the joints, as well as surface wear appropriate to its age. Please refer to the pictures.

Local Pick-Up
