This iron door pull, which is over 160 years old, was designed by Louis H. Sullivan, who was known as “Father of the Skyscraper” and was one of the most famous architects of the 19th century. This was originally used in the The Guaranty Building in Buffalo, NY., which has since been designated as a historic landmark building. The patina and paint is original to the piece, as it has not been stripped or refinished. Stamped Yale & Towne.
